It is our policy and top priority in E-jake to provide an incident‐ free and comfortable work environment by eliminating recognized hazards from the workplace. Our Health and Safety Program and specific individual programs have been developed to assure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations with particular emphasis on our clients health and safety rules and regulations that apply to our operations. In order to achieve and maintain the safety standards desired by our company, we actively pursue an accident prevention program through all levels of our company. Health and safety are functional responsibilities of each supervisor and employee. Health and Safety are of vital interest in our company. Compliance with this program is taken very seriously.

At E-jake, the provision of top quality services to meet or even exceed the standard required by our client is our primary objective and we are set to achieve this through the maintenance of an effective and efficient quality actualization management system.
This system ensures that the Site Manager/Engineer takes responsibility for direct supervision of
standards/specifications through:
- The procurement of top quality materials only.
- The testing of samples of materials to ensure zero-compromise on standard.
- Proper Storage of materials to maintain quality.
- Making materials available for testing and inspecting.
- Using only competent, experienced and proven workmen/labour for every job item.
- Ensuring standard construction procedures are strictly followed and maintained.
- Making use of highly experienced supervisors who are very conversant with every detail of relevant drawings and specifications.
Our team of engineers usually analyses project drawings and specifications to clarify any ambiguous areas, and where necessary, further clarification is obtained from the technical department of our client prior to mobilization for the project.
